Impact Of COVID-19 On Technology

Its been 1 year now since we are living with this deadly monster, and I have some facts that are required to be acknowledged.

Undoubtedly COVID-19 was not at all something to be remembered or praised, but its impact on Technology or changes that took place in that 1 year in terms of telecommunication or anything that is related to Tech or A.I. is not something to be ignored.

If we look back and see what way we have walked on, then you will notice just one thing that we came really close to Technology in whatever way possible.

Non-Tech people now know about some of the major components of a mobile or a laptop or anything else. The market of electronics has boomed in a single year. Students required mobiles or laptops for their online classes, professionals required laptops for their work-from-home, etc.

According to some famous business analysts, the way in which technology was supposed to be used by the year 2025, we are using it in the same way now.

For example, thinking about online classes supposed like an unrealistic thought before 2020, but this became the new normal.

Online learning was something that must have boomed in the year around 2025-28, but because of this pandemic, we all took a huge jump, and today we are working in advance by 5-8 years at least in the tech sector.

Some major innovations did by Elon Musk was his understanding of the need of the hour. The way in which he carved his way through this pandemic and focused on his projects like Tesla, Neuralink, and many more, is one remarkable thing that happened.

We came to know a lot about cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. I think there might be a handful of people who knew about Bitcoin before this.

We too wrote 2 blogs about the same, you can check them out via the link given below:

Some major changes came into our Indian Education System, which made coding mandatory for all students from grade 6 to 12. Many students indulged themselves in programming. Coding was never given priority over others, but from now on it will be given.

We made a complete roadmap regarding How to start coding from scratch/beginning, link given below:

As the theatres were closed during this whole time, online streaming platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Zee5, etc boomed a lot. All films and TV shows were available exclusively on these platforms.

Because of this, the market of Smart TVs showed a major growth as compared to the other electronics.

So these were a few points which I thought were required to be acknowledged, as a negative situation does carry some positives with it. I request you to join our telegram channel for more such content like this. The link is given down below.
